My day usually starts on oil pulling fir 20 minutes. After that routine I wash up and have breakfast. I'm usually not hungry in the morning if I was so full the night before and sometimes I won't have the appetite to eat but certainly I push myself to shove something in my mouth. 😅
My basic breakfast meal includes a cup of oatmeal and milk all the time but if there is anything available to have it with like dark chocolates, almonds, bananas etc. I try to skip on milk almost all the time so it won't be too sweet for me. Too much sweet for me makes me struggle to finish what I prepare.
Although I grew up having a sweet tooth, my cravings are lesser than ever as I got older. I kinda regret that I indulged myself in too much sweets when I was younger because there is not any encouragement in the importance of dental health, it sucks to have incomplete set of teeth.
Anyways, I needed breakfast since I wanted to gain a little weight. I am skinny and just don't have the appetite every morning so to make things easier, I experiment on different flavors to combine with my instant plain oatmeal.
