Cedar Valley Carrier Oils

Hello there citizens of the workd! How was your weekend? Mine was good. I was able to spend it with family and special someone. It was just a very good weekend.

Anyways, I wanted to share something to you that has done both good and bad to me. I have really nothing major against these carrier oils, it is just that you really need to do further research and testing if you want to use this long term.

I am talking about Cedar Valley's Essential and Carrier Oils. I bought their products through Shopee. I have them for around 3 months now.

Essential and Carrier Oils

I bought these products for plenty of reasons. First, to be able to clean face without soap (Oil Cleansing method), second is to possibly shrink my pores, 3rd is to moisturize my face, 4th to achieve flawless skin as some people claims to have lightened their scars over time using these oils.

I have Watermelon or Kalahari Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Tamanu Oil, Safflower  Seed Oil and Tea Tree Oil. I will be making an individual review on each of these items soon. For now I will just tell you that these oils can cause breakouts even if it does not have a high comedogenic rating. If you live in a tropical country like me, you have to take note that these can feed yeast on your face together with your sweat that can eventually cause Fungal Acne.

What triggered my Fungal Acne growth is Safflower Seed Oil. I started itching each time I sweat while using it. This made me quit in using it on my face and I just mix it with my body lotion. The itching is still there sometimes but it is no longer on face and I use it for my feet which is doing good in making them baby soft and smooth.

The only product I think I would no purchase back is Safflower Seed Oil.
